Andrew Buonfiglio
AI Productivity & Systems Lead
I help marketing, creative, and GTM teams replace manual work with systems that are faster, clearer, and easier to maintain.
I design AI-assisted workflows that eliminate busywork and help teams scale output.
The Problem
Most teams don’t need more tools.
They need fewer manual steps.
What I see over and over:
Smart people buried in repetitive work
AI tools layered on top of broken processes
Content, leads, and reporting living in too many places
Teams rebuilding the same things again and again
How I Work
1. Audit the workflow
We look at where time, effort, and attention are being wasted.
2. Design the system
AI, automation, and tools are combined into a single, intentional flow.
3. Enable the team
Systems only matter if people can use them without friction or confusion.
What I Do
I help teams design AI-assisted systems that replace manual work and create leverage.
That usually means:
Mapping how work actually flows today
Identifying where AI and automation remove friction
Designing workflows that humans can realistically use
Making output faster without lowering quality
Selected Systems & Projects
NSHB Lead System
Designed an integrated CRM and AI chatbot workflow reducing manual lead intake by ~70%.
SeenItAgain.com
Built a no-code web app automating submissions, content display, and engagement using Loveable.dev.
Properties.TheLovelyAdvisory.com
Designed an internal property-listing system connecting agent inputs to microsites and social output.
Each of these started as a workflow problem—not a design problem.
SeenIt
The SeenIt web app was designed and built using Lovable.dev, a no-code platform that enables rapid, functional prototypes with a clean, responsive UI. I handled the full concept, UX flow, interface design, and implementation logic. The app uses AI-generated text and imagery to create interactive experiences for parents and families, balancing accessibility with a modern, minimal design system. I focused on efficient data flow, user engagement loops, and visual clarity—building a product that demonstrates both creative problem-solving and practical software thinking without reliance on traditional coding. It reflects my ability to design, structure, and launch functional tools that connect human behavior and technology.
AI or Human?
The AI vs Human Radar app was designed and built to challenge users’ ability to distinguish between AI-generated and human-created content through an intuitive, image-driven quiz experience. Developed entirely in Lovable.dev, it combines clean, responsive design with automated quiz generation to ensure fresh content each session, avoiding repetition and keeping engagement high. The interface prioritizes simplicity and speed—users can instantly interact, submit answers, and see performance analytics after entering their email, supporting both user retention and data-driven growth. The build demonstrates skills in no-code product design, UX optimization, automation, and monetization strategy, showcasing the ability to conceptualize, prototype, and deploy functional, scalable web apps independently.
